What to expect?

Sound system design and simulation software are not new in the pro audio world, but the revolutionary capabilities and principles of HOLOPLOT technology are fundamentally reshaping what’s possible in sound reproduction, opening the door to smarter sound systems design.

As a Plan Beta user in the Early Access Program you’ll receive plenty of support and advice on best practices to reach the maximum potential for your project designs. In turn, we ask for your feedback to enable us to further improve the software. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you.

Participants in the Early Access Program benefit from several one-on-one calls with experienced HOLOPLOT system designers, product managers, and members of the education team. They’ll introduce you to the software and guide you to the best possible system designs that maximize the power of X1’s unique capabilities.

Is the Early Access Program open to anyone?

HOLOPLOT is seeking a variety of users from different backgrounds and levels of experience. That said there are several criteria that you should meet in order to take part in the program. Completing the enrollment form doesn't guarantee selection for the program. Invitations to participate are at HOLOPLOT’s discretion. If you are selected to participate in the Early Access Program, we’ll email you an official invitation with further details and information. We look forward to your application!

What do I have to do as part of the Early Access Program?

The Early Access Program lets you test HOLOPLOT Plan software currently in a Beta stage - which may be incomplete or contain errors - and may be different from the final released software. In order for us to improve software functionality and fix issues we rely on thorough feedback from you. To make best use of the Early Access Program, you should expect to commit a minimum of 4-8 hours of your time.

What setup do I need to run the software?

We suggest the following minimum system specifications to ensure that HOLOPLOT Plan Beta runs smoothly:

  • Windows 10 or 11, latest service pack, Intel i7 CPU, 16 GB RAM

  • MacOS 12+ (Monterey) / 11+ (Big Sur) / 10.15+ (Catalina), Intel i7 or Apple Silicon, 16 GB RAM

These are basic requirements, though. Especially demanding cases would benefit from more capable machines than the ones recommended above

What language are the training and software delivered in?

Any communications about the Early Access Program (including emails, forms, or other documents) will be provided to you in English. You agree to likewise provide any feedback to HOLOPLOT in English.

Do I need to register for the Early Access Program in order to get design support for a current project I’m working on?
