InfoComm 2024 sees HOLOPLOT showcase X1, the sound of Sphere, and new speech focused X2

This year’s InfoComm will see HOLOPLOT showcase its revolutionary Matrix Array products, on booth C9801. The acclaimed X1 product series, which powers the sound of Sphere, is joined by the company’s new, more compact, speech focused X2.

Show visitors are invited to step inside a precise coverage zone on the HOLOPLOT booth to experience the tight sound control of X2. On demand demos will take place every day, showcasing the flexibility of the product, including multi-zone content and focused sound spots. Daily demonstrations of X1 will take place at HOLOPLOT’s Las Vegas office.

While X1 is equally at home in large, high SPL environments like Sphere, and smaller, more intimate settings, providing powerful, high-fidelity audio, X2 is targeted at speech-based and multi-content applications, allowing a wider array of applications and market segments to benefit from HOLOPLOT’s unique sound control capabilities.

By focusing sound on the audience area and avoiding reflective surfaces, X2 achieves significantly better speech intelligibility than conventional loudspeaker technologies, making it the perfect solution for public address systems, conferences and houses of worship, amongst others. X2 is optimized for speech, but is also equipped with the signature HOLOPLOT immersive capabilities, such as Virtual Sources, deliberate reflections and multi-zone content.

X2 can be discreetly placed behind screens or wall panels, or disappear inside wall cavities, preserving the architectural integrity of any space. Thanks to HOLOPLOT's proprietary algorithms, any audio transmission losses are compensated for. Custom colors and finishes mean the product will blend into any surroundings and a weatherized option means it can be installed in outdoor venues and other demanding environments without compromising performance.

A software-first company, HOLOPLOT recently introduced its biggest software upgrade yet. The new operating system, OS2.0, increases system performance without any necessary hardware changes, as well as further improving the entire software ecosystem and workflow.
